- 1:1 weekly virtual coaching sessions where we will discuss challenges, progress, and personalized recommendations for reaching your goals. Initial session ~60 mins, weekly follow up sessions ~30 mins.

- Access to a private Facebook group & ability to privately message me through your Practice Better account to stay connected & motivated throughout the week.
- Focus on planning and balancing meals to help you feel good about what you eat.
- Support with learning to eat intuitively.
What you won't get:
- Focus on macro or calorie tracking
- One and done nutrition goals- we will continue changing and advancing your goals so you continue to make progress.
- List of foods to eat/not eat- I will work with you reconcile the foods you love with your nutrition goals.
